THE STANDARD IS SIMPLE

Safety & Community Guidelines

Be honest. Respect boundaries. Protect privacy.

Accept “no” immediately. Friendly, personal, playful, or flirtatious conversation may be part of an experience when both adults are comfortable. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

Never permitted

Public local experiences

Request local plans through A&Y Concierge. An enquiry is not a booking. Both participants, the public venue, start and end times, boundaries, full price, and separate ticket or venue costs must be confirmed before the plan proceeds. Stay in the agreed public setting, arrange your own transport, and respect either person’s choice to leave. A remote booking does not authorize a local meeting. Private homes, hotel visits, pickups, and transportation services are not offered.

Connection Card rules

A private Google Voice, Telegram, or Signal contact is required for service delivery. It is revealed only to the provider attached to a paid, confirmed booking after acknowledgment. It may be used only for the remote service. Payments, schedule changes, complaints, boundary changes, and other important decisions should remain in Connections.

Do not share a home address, workplace, government identification, financial credentials, intimate material, passwords, or another person’s private information.

Ending a service

Either person may stop a conversation when a boundary is crossed or they feel unsafe. Ending a service does not create an automatic refund or payout. Always & Yours may preserve relevant records, restrict contact, and review the booking, messages, safety reports, and submitted evidence before deciding the financial outcome.

Reporting

Reports are reviewed privately. Always & Yours may warn, restrict, suspend, or permanently remove an account depending on the circumstances. Internal safety notes and another person’s report are not automatically disclosed to the reported user.

Emergencies

Always & Yours is not an emergency, medical, mental-health, or crisis service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact 911 or the appropriate local emergency service.

Contact

For safety concerns, contact support@alwaysandyours.com. Include the account name, booking number, message context, and enough detail for the team to investigate. Do not email passwords, full payment numbers, government identification, or unnecessary intimate material.
