Only share material you can use

Upload only media you own or have permission to use, with consent from any identifiable person. A&Y’s permission to display profile material is limited to operating and presenting the approved service. Separate permission is needed for advertising uses beyond those agreed.

Copyright concerns

Use the copyright category to identify your original work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact details, and your authority to act. A&Y can investigate and restrict material under its platform rules. This reporting channel is not a representation that A&Y has completed DMCA designated-agent registration or qualifies for a statutory safe harbor.

Intimate imagery and digital forgeries

Nude and explicit media are prohibited. An affected person or authorized representative can still request removal if intimate material appears without consent, including digitally altered or AI-generated depictions. Use the dedicated category, identify its location, provide a contact and signature, and confirm the request is accurate and made in good faith. An account is not required.

Removal review

A&Y prioritizes intimate-image requests and reviews content locations and reported copies. Applicable statutory deadlines govern qualifying requests, including the 48-hour rule where the TAKE IT DOWN Act applies. An internal tracking deadline does not replace the legal assessment or removal work.

Challenging removal

The affected uploader can use the account/content appeal route to explain a mistake or provide evidence of rights. A&Y considers safety and platform rules separately from copyright ownership. A future statutory DMCA counter-notice process requires its own verified contact and legal procedure; an ordinary platform appeal does not automatically restore content.

Privacy and evidence

Do not attach or redistribute the reported imagery. Give the existing URL, message reference, or profile name and time. Access to necessary evidence is restricted, and retention must reflect investigation, legal, and privacy requirements. Repeated or serious misuse can lead to removal from A&Y.

Document review status

This document is an operational draft for the US launch and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before accepting live payments.
