Individual terms come first

A&Y prepares a private agreement for each host with the contracting business, approved scope, compensation share and calculation basis, payout schedule, expenses, refunds and disputes, and ending the arrangement. No default earnings percentage on a recruitment page replaces those specific terms.

Review and acceptance

Review the full document and individual terms in your secure agreement workspace. Ask questions or request changes before accepting. Acceptance records the document version, exact text, account identity, entered name, and time. A new or changed agreement requires a new acceptance. A&Y’s legal review and activation requirements remain separate.

Delivery and boundaries

Maintain accurate availability, select your own experiences and communication methods in What I Offer, attend confirmed appointments, communicate changes, and respect each client’s boundaries. Owner approval, a biography, a photo, or After Dark does not opt you into an experience or method. You may decline prohibited or unsafe requests and withdraw consent. Agree messaging hours and response expectations so a pass never implies continuous access.

Package participation

Enable only single sessions and passes whose stated responsibilities you accept. A scheduled text session is separate from asynchronous pass texting. Accepting a phone or video session alone does not opt you into ongoing texting; enabling a pass includes its stated texting responsibilities. Later offering changes apply to future bookings. Resolve conflicts with pending or confirmed services through A&Y without silently changing the purchased scope.

Curiosity participation

Experience selections do not qualify you to deliver a tailored program. Curiosity participation requires the existing owner approval for the relevant program. The free setup process recommends the program and an approved host for conversation practice, dating-profile feedback, accountability, or another agreed goal.

Compensation and records

The private agreement must explain how discounts affect the split, when earnings become payable, permitted costs or holds, refunds, chargebacks, and owner-funded remedies. Existing booking snapshots are preserved. No income or booking volume is guaranteed. Worker classification and tax obligations must be assessed under applicable law and the actual arrangement.

Identity, content and privacy

Provide accurate identity and eligibility information through the approved process. Keep account and client information secure. Submit only authorized media and do not record, redistribute, pressure, or contact clients outside the agreed service. Additional marketing uses of your likeness require agreed permission.

Review, restrictions and leaving

A&Y controls application decisions, approved service configuration, and publication. Reports may lead to proportionate restrictions and documented review. Use Complaints & Appeals to challenge an error. Departure terms must address confirmed bookings, earned compensation, profile removal, and required records without forcing continued unsafe contact.

Before paid activation

An accepted document alone does not activate bookings. Identity verification, owner approval, approved payout arrangements, delivery readiness, current policy review, and processor approval must also be completed. Do not enter identity-document numbers, bank credentials, or unnecessary sensitive details in the agreement workspace.

Document review status

This document is an operational draft for the US launch and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before accepting live payments.
