Client Booking Agreement

Your specific booking
Before confirming, review the selected host, eligible package, experience preference, service format, duration, included sessions, dates and time zones, messaging scope, communication channel, full price, and boundaries. These details and the policy version are saved with the booking. Only combinations explicitly offered by the host and permitted for the package are eligible. Changes require agreement and must be recorded through A&Y.
Experience and messaging scope
An optional experience preference stays within the host’s selected experiences for the booked format. Let it flow does not expand boundaries or authorize adult conversation. Scheduled text sessions are separate from asynchronous texting included with a pass. The pass terms identify the messaging responsibilities, limits, and responsible host. Using an eligible package session with another host, where the purchased package permits it, does not silently transfer or expand those responsibilities.
Responsibilities
The client provides accurate eligibility and contact information, attends agreed times, and respects boundaries. The host delivers the approved service within its agreed scope and reports availability or delivery problems. A&Y coordinates the booking, platform access, support, and the approved payment process. The legal contracting business and seller arrangement must be confirmed in the purchase details before paid activation.
What the purchase does not include
No promise of romance, exclusivity, a personal relationship, continuous access, immediate replies, therapy, sexual services, physical contact, or a particular personal outcome. A remote booking does not authorize an in-person meeting. Passes do not automatically renew.
Payment and changes
Review the final price after any offer and pay only through A&Y’s approved process. A time request is not a confirmed booking. Follow the displayed confirmation and payment steps. A replacement host or material change to the service requires your agreement.
Cancellations and partial delivery
The Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy governs missed sessions, technical problems, cancellation timing, and unused value. An investigation determines the facts and any financial adjustment. A coupon is separate from a cash refund, and rights that cannot be waived remain applicable.
Help and safety
Either person can end an unsafe interaction. Use booking help for service-specific problems and the Trust form for broader concerns or appeals. Recording, redistribution, harassment, pressure, and further contact after consent is withdrawn remain prohibited.
Acceptance record
Submitting a new booking request records the accepted scope, price, policy version, and booking-agreement version. A request is not a confirmed appointment. Your saved booking terms remain the reference for that purchase. Later website edits or host offering changes apply to future bookings and do not silently rewrite a purchased service. Conflicts with pending or confirmed bookings are flagged for resolution.
