Adults-only participation
A&Y accounts and services are for adults 18 and older. Applicants provide accurate age and identity details and complete required verification before activation. Verification labels describe the check performed; they are not a criminal background check or a guarantee of conduct.
Voluntary participation
Hosts must control their own participation, accounts, boundaries, and approved payout setup. Nobody may recruit, manage, threaten, deceive, or force another person into providing services. Do not use another person’s documents, account, likeness, or bank details to bypass verification.
Consent is specific and ongoing
Agree on the service, experience, communication method, and boundaries before it starts. Selecting an experience for text does not offer it by phone or video. A past booking, a promotional offer, an ongoing pass, or Let it flow is not permission for adult conversation, a new activity, or continued contact. Either participant may withdraw consent. Financial questions are reviewed separately under the booking policy.
Report a concern safely
Report suspected underage participation, account control by someone else, coercion, withheld earnings used as pressure, or exploitation through the Trust form. Share the relevant location and a factual description, not copies of illegal material. If contacting the person could increase risk, explain that in the report.
How A&Y responds
A&Y may pause the account or content, limit access to evidence, verify facts through approved channels, and escalate to appropriate authorities where required. Legal obligations, evidence handling, and specialist support must be assessed for the facts of the case.
